4pm to 4:30pm    Meet at Holiday Inn Convention Center-Line up for Cruise to Main Street

4:30 to 5:00        Cruise to Main Street (Route 66) Joplin, MO

5pm to 7:15pm   Vettes' on Route 66 Block Party.
                             5 pm -BBQ Dinner will be provided by the famous "Cafe on the Route" from Baxter Springs
                            Main Street, Joplin, Mo (Route 66) will be closed to traffic for this block party and it is open for public 
                            to come view our cars. (In event of rain;dinner will be at Holiday Inn Convention Center)

7:15pm to .....          Caravan down Route 66 to the Rt. 66 Drive In.


After 1st SHOW...Twilight Evening Cruise down a stretch of Route 66 and then back to the Hotel.


Saturday August 13    Make sure you check out the Silent Auction items offered by 4 State Vettes at Convention Center


8am to noon      Late registration ( Holiday Inn Convention Center)

8am to 10am     Poker run   3 stops best 5 cards win  $100.00 Cash - 2nd place $50.00 Cash - 3rd place #25.00 cash. Visit the Joplin Hideout of Bonnie & Clyde. Through Kansas over the Rainbow Bridge, 4 Women on the Rt. Restored Gas Station and  Tow Mater in Galena, KS.  Baxter Springs and the Kansas Route 66 Visitor Center (restored gas station) cruise 66 back to Holiday Inn Convention Center.

10am to 11am  Lineup cars inside the Holiday Inn Convention Center for Car Show (open & free to the public)

11am to 2pm    Car Show (inside Holiday Inn Convention Center) Rt. 66 Clubs and gifts, Food & Beverage by Cafe on the Route, T-Shirts, order custom photos of your corvette, Silent Auction, Raffle, 50/50 Pot
                          1st, 2nd trophies In all Division   C1 - C2 - C3 - C4 - C5 - C6; Best of Show, Ladies Choice and more!


11am to 1:30   Shopping on Route 66 ( we will be shuttling anyone who would like to go on a shopping spree while
                                                               their car is in the car show down to the shops on Route 66 Joplin, Mo )

                                CRUISE RT. 66
2:00pm to 5:00 pm   Route 66 Cruise - Cruise Route 66 East through Joplin, Webb City, & Carterville, to Carthage, see the Boot's Motel (on of the last on Rt. 66), Preserved Diner across the road (Now a bank) Whisler's Drive Up- OPEN and serving "old time burgers" try a "FARM" or "SOW n COW", Kellogg Lake, stop at the White Rose Winery for a visit if you like and to the restored Red Oak II.
OR- Richards Backwoods, Bootlegger Cruise Including Newton and MacDonald County and Noel, MO
           

6:00 to midnight     Kickin' it on Route 66 Banquet.
6:00 to 6:30       Social Time   ( free Beer while supply lasts)

6:00 to 6:30       Wine Tasting by The White Rose Winery - Bed and Breakfast of Carthage.

6:30 to 7:30pm   Dinner is served

7:30 to 8:30       Award Ceremony ( also raffles & 50/50 pot given away)
